danm...days pass by fast up here gettin started studyin for finals...i hate that shit, but its much better than what i was doin last semester tho, all the writing intensive classes ive took. it was hectic as fuck. all i got is one 5 pager this semester which is aight..whatever Ive been listenin to heavy metal for a long time now...i cant stop..everything else isnt loud enough...i grew up on hip-hop, its a big part of my life (at least it was)..i still like it but the shit is diluted..it aint as strong as it used to be, at least not to me..I was goin thru some shit about 3 years ago (not comfy with sharin' with yall) and i was flippin thru some channels and they were showin this video on MTV2 (slipknot) i was hooked ever since, got all thier albums , graduated into some other shit... I aint really catch any heat for likin' heavy metal (well a lil bit in HS, but thats HS) but then again i havent been really open about it. you see me i dress the same. not wearin black fingernails, no antisocial behavior (at least not consistently).. it helped rehab me ..so i got a deeper understanding for the music, ...besides it's not like i stopped lisnnin' to hiphop ...i just made room for sumthin else.....hope yall understand that dont care if you do... i just didnt want to talk about papers and school for the whole session ...ya kno |
