Each person has a hard time socially cuz of the expectations of the opposing gender. Women want a confident, alpha male cat and if you don't fit the bill then your social life is ass. And for the most part, women, if you ugly then your chances of having a hard time when it comes to males is great.
A shy man is worse than an ugly man??..... i dont get it but history has shown that it applies to the real world... Women love confidence, having money doesnt hurt either [having money helps boost confidence] (Dennis Rodman, Forrest Whitaker, Jay-z LoL). Ive been in both sides of this spectrum. Madda fact its one of the changes Ive made in my life time. At some point in life i realized that one whos mouth is shut evokes nothing not jealousy, nor lust, nor anger...just indifference and if your so enveloped by the cloud that is indifference no one is gonna see you [specially not the chick you feeling].
So one day i started letting more out i think it was 2-3 years ago so its been recent. I still keep my tact and my manners cuz i still got sense but using words hasn't been an issue. I was a shy child and a shy teenager i was a boy of few words and in general that's all well and good. But i didn't speak on what mattered that's when having my mouth shut hurt. Life was insipid and filled with lament and regret. So at a certain point changing that part of my life became necessary and I'm glad i did.

Yeah lately I've noticed lately that I don't look at white girls the same anymore. I wasn't the OD bunny chaser but when i see one that looks good I'd at least acknowledge it and act accordingly in some cases. Nowadays I don't find em as attractive anymore. Yeah its safe to say we've made a mistake in moving here. I'm mad at myself for making it happen. I had full intentions of shutting this moving to Philly shit down when we met with the Realtor for the first time but he showed us some property outside the city and i was feeling it. He brought us into the city and showed us some properties there to and yeah it was nice but i wasn't open to it. I leave for school and boom we in the city limits its a nice place between the burbs and the city the neighborhood is nice the rest of the city isn't. Its like I'm in an episode of the WIRE or some shit. Kensington was looking OD grimy and peep this i went to an interview in a delapitaded ass office building. I asked the interviewer

I don't know about you but I'm all for it. Ive always said that "Progress is always welcomed". Progress is a good thing especially when its for the advancement of humankind. Shits crazy, they would be able to cure diabetes. Diabetes is a fear of mine, I dont have it but my Mother and my Aunt do [not to mention my Grandmother]. Ive seen how its changed their life and how it can send them in a tailspin if they don't regulate. Its crazy that they could get closer to cure it. The fact that they take it from embryos is a bit crazy though. They only take the stem cells from aborted babies though. If their own mother don't want anything to do with the baby why not use the stem cells for something great! People get so attatched, they need to develop a new way of thinking. How come the award giving academy is interested in every story but the black ones. Penelope Cruz won for best supporting actress for some Spanish shit. The fault isn't just on the Academy though. The fact that some black movies aren't gettin play is based on mad shit (factors).
2. The people makin them stories (ahem TYLER PERRY) need to go somewhere else with the black storylines. Them shits is tired. 3. Black audiences need to support the visual people in showbusiness. If we keep eatin what they feeding us we gonna puke. a while back i heard they were gonna cancel "The Game". Its a show about a football team and their wives. Although i wasnt checking for it then i started watching it and i feel that its actually a pretty good show.

We know what to do in the spotlight and we have an affinity to draw a crowd, we inspire. Even though whites and everyone else won't say it but their actions says it all. Ive lived with about 7 white boys and ive seen the affect that black artists have on their lives and i was VERY SUPRISED. Before that one year i thought white folks listen to toby mcgwire or hank something, james blunt lol.
A majority of hip hop sales are made possible because of the white people that buy the C.D's [ i heard Ludacris shouted white people out for getting him where he is in a recent concert]. People in general buy the expensive sneakers with Jordans likeness as the emblem. People marvel at our athletic prowess and wish to do what we could do. We even have the most publicized President a person of my generation has ever seen. Barack Obama and his family are followed like they are celebrities, his daughters have dolls in their likenesses! Barack and Michelle's romantic getaways are very publicized down to the location lol. its crazyy Im not sayin that its fucked up that people arent giving us the overt respect and admit that we are super marketable cuz the very fact that they are placing some of us in the spotlight to make all types of money is a form of respect. His people already at work though so at least the ball is rolling for him.
Its a wonderful and beautiful thing watching him get sworn into the presidency. Its a sight ive never seen before in general; but just knowing that for the first time it is a black man in front of all the people, and its a black man saying the words, and its a black hand laying over Lincolns bible for the first time ever in such an occasion.
